Quick Recipe:
Mix ragi flour + rice flour + curd with water into a smooth batter. Add chopped onion, carrot, capsicum, spinach or methi leaves, coriander, cumin & salt. Pour thin batter on hot tawa, drizzle oil, cook till crisp. Serve with ghee, chutney/sambar 🌿
