Spinach & Corn Hung Curd Sandwich

A protein-packed, wholesome, and delicious sandwich perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a healthy snack!

🛒 Ingredients:

1 tbsp butter
½ tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp oregano
3 cups spinach (roughly chopped)
½ cup boiled corn
2 tbsp hung curd
2 tbsp grated cheese
4 slices whole wheat/multigrain bread

👩‍🍳 Method:

Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp butter.
Add chilli flakes and oregano, sauté for a few seconds.
Add spinach and boiled corn, cover and cook for 8–10 minutes until spinach softens.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach-corn mixture, hung curd, and cheese. Mix well.
Spread this filling between two bread slices.
Heat a pan with little butter, place the sandwich, and toast until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot and enjoy!
