परफेक्ट दाल खिचडी बनाने की विधि | Perfect Dal Khichdi Recipe Urad daal khichdi | Khichdi | Urad daal ki Khichdi recipe in hindi

Ingredients : –

1. Urad daal kali chilke wali (Black gram or black lentil) – 200 gm
2. Basmati Chawal (Basmati Rice) – 500 gm
3. Tamatar (Tomatoes) – 3 medium size
4. Sabut lal mirch (Dry Red chilli) – 4
5. Hari mirch (Green Chilli) – 4
6. Tez patta (Bay leaf) – 4
7. Hing (asafetida) – ek chutki (a pinch)
8. Jeera (Cumin seeds ) – ½ tsp
9. Namak (salt to taste) – 1 and ½ tsp
10. Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) – 1 tsp
11. Red chilli powder (Red chilli powder) – ¼ tsp
12. Garam masala – ½ tsp
13. Mustard oil – 4 tblsp
14. Garam pani avyeshakta anusar (Hot water as required) – 4 glass
15. Sabut dardara (Crushed )garam masala powder :-
• dalchini (Cinnamon stick )-1piece
• kali mirch (black pepper) – 8 to 10
• Saunth (dry ginger) – 1 piece
• laung ( cloves) – 5
• Jeera (Cumin seeds) – ½ tsp
• moti elaichi (black cardamom) – 1
• Jaifal (nutmeg) – ½ piece
