Ingredients
   •   1 whole salmon fillet (about 1.2–1.5 kg / 2.5–3.3 lbs, with or without skin)
   •   2–3 tbsp olive oil
   •   1 tsp coarse salt (more to taste)
   •   Freshly ground black pepper
   •   1 organic lemon

Method
1. Preheat the oven
      •   Set the oven to 180 °C / 355 °F (conventional heat).

2. Prepare the salmon
      •   Place the salmon fillet on the tray, skin side down.
      •   Pat it dry with paper towel.
3. Seasoning
      •   Drizzle the salmon evenly with olive oil.
      •   Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
      •   Squeeze the lemonjuice evenly on top.
      •   (Optional: place thin lemon slices on top for extra flavor and garnish).
4. Baking
      •   Bake in the oven for 18–25 minutes, depending on thickness.
