*Healthy Millet bread*
1. 9 tbs organic Ragi/jowar flour
2. 6 tbs whole wheat flour
3. 3 tbs refined flour
4. 2 tbs wheat germ and wheat bran
5. 3 tbs gluten
6. 2 tbs nutritional yeast
7. 1 tbs baker’s yeast
8. Little salt, cinnamon powder, onion powder (optional)
9. 1 tbs jaggery/unrefined sugar
10. Mix seeds (watermelon, sunflower, pumpkin, flax, chia)

*Process*
1. Mix the dry ingredients in the bread machine
2. Mix baker’s yeast with a little sugar in warm water
3. Wash and soak seeds (except flaxseed) for at least 4 hours
4. Grind flaxseed and add to dry ingredients
5. Once yeast gets activated, add it to the dry mix
6. Add all the soaked seeds
7. Add water to get the correct consistency (approx 1.5 cups)
8. Keep kneading the flour in the bread machine as shown. It should become stretchy.
