Tofu – 250 gm
Ingredients for Gravy –
Yogurt/Dahi, Red chili powder, Turmeric powder/Haldi, Coriander powder/Dhania powder
3G Paste – Ginger, Garlic, Green Chili
Chopped Onion
Chopped tomato
Tadka –
Oil
Cumin seeds/jeera
Add all Gravy ingredients in sequence as shown in the video. Cook until oil separates.
Add water and mix well.
Add some kasoori Methi.
Garnish with Fresh coriander/Cilantro
Serve with Roti Paratha, Naan, salad and chilled Chhas.
