You all gave so much love for my salad recipes and requested for more.
So here is one of my all-time favorite Kosambari from Karnataka.
Ingredients:-
Moongdhal 3tbsp
Cucumber 🥒 1
Carrot 🥕 1
Mango 1
Coconut 🥥 2tbsp
Coriander leaves
Lemon juice🍋
Pepper
Recipe:
1. Soak Moongdhal for 15 minutes and cook in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes, strain and cool.
2. Finely chop Cucumber 🥒, mango, carrots
3. Mix everything with grated coconut, coriander leaves, pomegranate salt, pepper and lime juice.
4. Give a tadka with oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
. The nuttiness from the dhal and the very finely chopped veggies give a great texture and add to the taste. Try and let me know. Follow my page for more interesting recipes
