Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming.
Small head of spinach
8 oz angel hair pasta
(I used Banza protein pasta)
1 cup cherry tomatoes
5.3 oz ricotta cheese
3 cloves crushed garlic
2 cups chicken stock
Salt and Pepper (or favorite spices)
Enough water to just cover the pasta
Cover and cook in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Mix all together well.
Thoroughly enjoy!
