Last week while chatting with my accountability partner, we both had to laugh about how we each see what the other one is doing and awe at how easy it looks from the outside. By the end of our conversation, we both reminded each other just how much work it takes to make life look easy from the outside.

On this episode, I chat about three things you can do every day to show up for you and create a base that will keep you on track to hit your health goals. Trick yourself into making it “easy.”
1. Drink lots of water – at least half your weight in ounces.
2. Eat mostly veggies – no really, a LOT of veggies.
3. Be active – a little on a regular basis makes a big difference.
At the end there’s a fun joke too. This new segment by my kid is gonna soon be my fave! Find out why you need to slowly open the refrigerator.

From experience, I can tell you that the daily “grind” is the magic sauce to eating healthy. You have to do it MOST days to make the treat meals even better. Taking action is the way to push your body to the level of health you really want.
I know you can do it.
And, I’m here to cheer you on on the days you think you can’t.
