Restaurant-style in just 10 minutes ⏱️
Here’s my little hack to make Achari Paneer/Tofu without the effort of grinding achari masala! 💡
Just add your favorite pickle and boom 👉 Achari flavors unlocked! 🫙🔥
Trust me, this one tastes just like dhaba-style 😋

🛒 Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 chopped green chillies
2 finely chopped tomatoes
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
8–10 soaked cashews (for paste)
200 g paneer / tofu (cubed)
2 tbsp yogurt
1–2 tbsp your favorite pickle (I used lemon pickle)
Fresh coriander leaves (generous)

👩‍🍳 Recipe
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds & green chillies.
Add tomatoes & cook till mushy.
Mix in coriander powder, red chilli, roasted cumin, turmeric & salt.
Blend soaked cashews with little water into a paste & add to the pan.
Add paneer/tofu cubes, yogurt & your favorite pickle.
Stir well & cook for 5–7 minutes.
Finish with generous fresh coriander 🌿.
Serve hot with roti/paratha/rice – restaurant-style in minutes! 🍴
