Cooking can feel draining sometimes, so here are 3 quick and healthy meals I grab when I don’t feel like cooking ⬇️

1️⃣ High-Protein Yogurt Bowl
I grab a low-fat Greek yogurt, mix in protein powder, then top with berries, granola, and honey.

2️⃣ Kevin’s Natural Foods Meals
These heat up in 5 minutes, use clean ingredients, and taste amazing.
I usually add microwaveable rice + frozen veggies for a balanced plate.

3️⃣ Premade Grocery Meals
Most stores have cooked proteins, rice, and sides ready to go.
One of my favorites: tacos with premade chicken, guac, rice, and Siete shells 🌮
