Ingredients:
– 1/2 young cabbage
– 1 carrot
– 1 onion
– 3 eggs
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– 50g parmesan cheese
– 2 – 3 tbsp vegetable oil or olive oil
– 5 – 6 cherry tomatoes

00:00 – Introduction
00:05 – Cut and chop cabbage and place chopped cabbage into a bowl
00:17 – Grate 1 carrot and add to cabbages
00:26 – Chop 1 onion and add to cabbage and carrot
00:44 – Crack 3 eggs and separate whites from yolks
01:18 – Add white eggs to chopped vegetables
01:22 – Add salt
01:28 – Add black pepper
01:33 – Add Italian seasoning
01:41 – Mix ingredients
01:54 – Grate 50g parmesan cheese
02:08. – Pour vegetable oil or olive oil into a pan on heat
02:18 – Place a parchment paper into the pan (optional to prevent stick ingredients to pan)
02:22 – Transfer the mixture of vegetable to pan and spread them
02:51 – Cover the pan with the lid to cook dish
02:53 – Cut to half about 5 – 6 cherry tomatoes
03:13 – Flip it to cook other side
03:27 – Place 3 egg yolks on the dish
03:39 – Sprinkle grated parmesan on the dish
03:59 – Arrange cherry tomatoes on top of dish
04:18 – Continue to cook other side until the parmesan is golden and crispy
04:24 – Recipe is ready to be served
04:44 – Taste
