Chopped coriander – 1 cup
Ginger pieces – a little

Green chilli – 1 or 2 numbers
Coconut pieces – 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Water – a little

Cooking oil – 3 to 4 tablespoons
Gram dal – 1 teaspoon
Urad dal – 1 teaspoon
Mustard – 1 teaspoon
Cashews – 5 to 10 numbers
Curry leaves – a little
Tamarind extract – 1/4 cup
Prepared coriander paste
Salt – 1 teaspoon or as per taste
Cooked rice – 3 to 4 cups
