*Healthy Wheat Brun (kadak) bread/pao*
1. 9 tbs organic whole wheat
2. 3 tbs refined flour
4. 2 tbs wheat germ and 2 tbs wheat bran
5. 2 tbs gluten
6. 2 tbs nutritional yeast
7. 1 tbs baker’s yeast
8. Little salt,
9. 1/2 tbs jaggery/unrefined sugar
10. 1/2 tbs maple syrup/jaggery powder for yeast

*Process*
1. Mix the dry ingredients in the bread machine.
2. Mix baker’s yeast with a little jaggery/unrefined sugar/maple syrup in warm water
3. Once yeast gets activated, add it to the dry mix
4. Add water to get the correct consistency (approx 1cup)
5. Keep kneading the flour in the bread machine as shown. It should become stretchy.
6. Proof the kneaded flour for 1 hour
