🛒 Ingredients
½ cup rice (washed & soaked 20–30 mins)
½ cup toor dal (washed & soaked 20–30 mins)
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp mustard seeds (rai)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
3–4 garlic cloves
2 green chillies (chopped)
5–6 curry leaves
1 tomato (finely chopped)
1 cup brinjal (chopped)
1 cup carrot (chopped)
Drumsticks (as per choice)
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp @home.kouzina Sambar Masala
Tamarind juice (as per taste)
Fresh coriander leaves
Water as required
Salt to taste

👩‍🍳 Recipe
Wash & soak rice + dal for 20–30 mins.
In a pressure cooker, heat oil & ghee.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, green chillies & curry leaves – sauté.
Add chopped tomato & cook till mushy.
Add veggies (brinjal, carrot, drumsticks).
Mix in turmeric, red chilli powder & @home.kouzina Sambar Masala.
Add soaked dal & rice, water, salt, coriander & tamarind juice.
Pressure cook for 4–5 whistles.
Fluff, serve hot & enjoy a wholesome one-pot meal! 🌸
