Here’s how I make it ⬇️
👉 Roast 500g tomatoes, 35g red pepper, and 3 cloves garlic with a splash of balsamic vinegar + dried oregano (no oil needed).
👉 Blend with 290g silken tofu for creaminess + extra protein.
👉 Heat through with 250g pre-cooked green lentils and 1 tbsp tomato purée.
👉 Season to taste, and enjoy with your favourite crusty bread or extra greens.
