🥔🥪 Dosa Sandwich Filling – Ingredients
• 4 boiled potatoes (mashed)
• ½ cup paneer (crumbled/grated)
• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
• ½ tsp coriander powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• ½ tsp amchoor powder (dry mango powder)
• Salt to taste
• Fresh coriander leaves (optional, for freshness)
🔹 Method
1. Heat 1–2 tsp oil in a pan.
2. Add chopped onion and green chilli, sauté till soft.
3. Add mashed potatoes and paneer, mix well.
4. Sprinkle coriander powder, garam masala, amchoor powder, and salt.
5. Mix everything nicely and cook for 2–3 minutes.
6. Finish with fresh coriander leaves.
🌈 Beetroot–Spinach Dosa Sandwich
🥄 Mix beetroot & spinach puree in dosa batter in two different bowls respectively.
🔥 Spread both dosa batter side by side on tawa (slightly overlap)This way, you can easily fold one over the other with filling inside .
🥔 spread green mint chutney/ tomato ketchup, Add potato-paneer filling, cheese on top.
↩️ Flip one side over the other, Roast with oil from both sides until crispy on low flame .
🥪 Enjoy as a breakfast/ pack in lunchbox.
