1 tbsp Monk fruit or Swerve (sweetness, low cal)
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
~1/4 cup milk (adjust for dough)

Method
Mix dry ingredients: pancake mix (flour), protein powder, baking powder, salt, sweetener.
