Ingredients (makes 2 servings):
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 1 tbsp gochugaru
– 3 tbsp soy sauce
– 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
– 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
– 2 medium green onion
– 1/4-1 whole, seedless jalapeno (adjust to heat preference)
– 1/4 cup of water
– 1 tbsp sesame seeds
– salt to taste
– 1 medium firm tofu pack (13.5 oz)

How to make it yourself:
1. Dice your jalapeño and green onion into small pieces
2. Drain your tofu and pat dry
3. Slice the tofu into small rectangles
4. Salt your tofu pieces to taste
5. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, water, green onion, jalapeño, brown sugar, minced garlic, and gochugaru and mix well.
6. In a pan coated with spray oil on medium heat, grill your tofu pieces until lightly golden on both sides
7. Lower the heat to low and pour your sauce on top of the tofu and let it cook for 1-2 minutes
8. Pour it all into an airtight container to enjoy later!
