Raw Vegan Dips
I am sharing some of my healthy raw vegan dips recipes with you. They are easy and you can use them in your wraps, breads, crackers,Salads,Pasta,Vegetables and in sandwiches. While watching a movie these dips for crackers are the best low calorie option.They are super versatile and make a really great healthy snacking option. Healthy Vegan Dips :

Mint Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Mint Leaves
1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp Red chili Powder
2 Green Chilies
2 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 Tbs Cumin
1/2 Cup Plain Curd / Yogurt
Salt to taste
Blend all ingredients together except yogurt. Add some water for easy blending.
This green sauce can be store in fridge for up to 3 weeks.
You can use this green mint sauce as it is or add in yogurt to form a thick creamy dip.

Humus Dip

Ingredients:
2 cups chickpeas, liquid reserved
3 Tbs Tahini
3 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil,
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 Tsp paprika powder for garnish
Combine the drained chickpeas, lemon juice, Tahini paste, salt in a blender or food processor. Add 1/4 cup of the reserved liquid from the chickpeas. Blend for 4 to 5 minutes or until smooth.Add olive oil when the mixture get smooth.
Garnish with olive oil , paprika powder and olives.
Serve.

Avocado peanut Dip

Ingredients:
2 medium avocado
2 Tbs Peanut butter
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
Salt to taste.
Peal and Scoop out the Avocado.
In a food processor add Avocado , Peanut butter , lemon juice , salt and pepper and Blend.
I want my dip texture to be on a lumpy side, you can blend it according to your choice.
