Ingredients-
1lb ground beef (96/4)
1 sweet potato
1/2 white onion
4 tbsp hot honey
1 tbsp minced garlic
Garlic powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe-
1. Chop sweet potato into small pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook in air fry for about 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
2. Mince onion and cook over medium heat. After a minute of cooking, add in minced garlic. Let this cook for about 5 minutes.
3. Add in ground beef and mix in well. Cook until mostly brown and drain excess grease. Add in seasoning and tomato paste. Mix well.
4. Lower to low heat and cover for about 5 minutes.
5. Assemble your bowl by dividing beef and potatoes into two equal portions and top with hot honey
