*Ingredients:*
Bread slices
Hung curd
Finely chopped veggies (carrot, capsicum, corn, onion, tomato, green chili, coriander, etc.)
Salt, pepper, and mixed herbs
Red sauce (tomato ketchup or chili sauce)

Method:
1️⃣ Take fresh curd and hang it in a cotton cloth for 1 hour to remove excess water.
2️⃣ Put the hung curd in a bowl and add all the chopped vegetables.
3️⃣ Add salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix well.
4️⃣ Take bread slices and cut the edges.
5️⃣ Spread red sauce on one slice, then add the curd-veggie mixture.
6️⃣ Cover with another bread slice.
✅ Your healthy dahi sandwich is ready!
