Recipe: Soak soya chunks in hot water along with salt for 10 to 15mins. Then wash and gently squeeze the froth from the soya chunks and fine chop them using a manual chopper along with 1 onion and coriander leaves… You can also add veggies of your choice but I didn’t want them as i already had vegetable cheela in the morning…
For spices add salt, haldi, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and stuffed paratha masala. Mix everything well and stuff this mixture into the atta dough and make them as parathas…

I follow the 16:4 intermittent fasting window. I take my first meal of any breakfast at 10Am. At around 2 I have a full protein rich meal along with curd and salad. At 6 i have a fruit if I feel hungry or I end up taking a salad of chickpeas or veggies along with hung curd seasoning. Today I made myself this healthy yet tasty and protein rich soya stuffed paratha.
