Welcome to Healthy Recipes Episode 2!

In this video we take a shopping trip to one of our favorite grocery stores, Trader Joes, to pick up ingredients for a cauliflower pizza.

While we visit Trader Joes, you can buy these supplies at any grocery store or rice up your own cauliflower!

Cauliflower Pizza is a very simple process that only requires a few steps. This meal replaces the heaviness of pizza crust with a lighter cauliflower crust. This meal is low carb, gluten free and would be perfect for someone on a keto diet.

You’ll Need:
Riced Cauliflower
Eggs
Mozzarella Cheese
Spices
2 TBL Flour/Starch
Toppings of your choice

This pizza can be made for dinner and then meal prep for a few days. Pizza will keep for 3-4 days in the fridge.
