📌Recipe:
¾ cup pumpkin purée (200 g) – from 8.8 oz raw peeled pumpkin (250 g), baked at 350°F (180°C) for 20 min
1¼ cups milk (300 ml)
¾ cup flour (110 g) – whole wheat or all-purpose
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
2 tsp ghee or vegetable oil (10 g) – for frying
Honey, syrup, berries – for serving, optional
Yield: about 8–10 pancakes, depending on batter thickness and pan size. (Pan used: 8.5 in / 22 cm)
