Ingredients-
2lb chicken breast
1 pack Mission Carb Balance tortillas
1 whole egg
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
8 tbsp diced tomato
Lettuce
Ranch
Seasoning- garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper
Recipe-
1. Clean and cut chicken breast into even strips.
2. In two separate containers, put a whole egg in one and bread crumbs into another. Add seasoning to breadcrumbs and then mix egg.
3. Dip the chicken slices into egg yolk and then place into bread Crumbs until full covered. Cook in air fryer for about 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
4. Take chicken out air fryer and dip into buffalo sauce. Then place your chicken on the tortilla and use 1tbsp diced tomato, lettuce, cheese, and about 1 tbsp of ranch.
5. Roll and enjoy!
