Ingredients:
• 4 ripe tomatoes
• 1 medium red onion
• 14 oz cherries (pitted)
• 1 bunch cilantro
• A few sprigs of purple basil
• 2–3 tbsp olive oil
• 3–4 tbsp pomegranate sauce
• Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Wash and chop tomatoes.
2. Slice the red onion into half rings.
3. Pit the cherries.
4. Finely chop cilantro and basil.
5. Combine all ingredients, add olive oil, pomegranate sauce, and salt. Mix well and serve.
