Try this easy and Healthy recipe

Ingredients

1 cup moong dal (soaked 3–4 hours)

1-inch ginger

2 green chilies (adjust to taste)

2 tbsp coriander leaves

Salt to taste

½ tsp black pepper powder

1 cup chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot, tomato, spinach, etc.)

oil for cooking

Method

Drain soaked moong dal and grind with ginger, green chilies, coriander, salt, and black pepper into a smooth batter.

Add chopped vegetables to the batter; mix well.

Heat a pan/tawa and grease lightly with ghee.

Pour a ladle of batter and spread evenly into a thin circle.

Drizzle ghee along the edges; cook on medium flame until golden on one side.

Flip, apply some ghee, and cook the other side.

Serve hot with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
