WFPB GF CRUST
1 ½ cups fine blanched almond flour (168 g) 
½ cup white or brown rice flour (70 g)
Can also use a wheat flour here,
if you don’t need gluten-free.
⅓ cup tapioca starch (40 g)
¼ tsp fine sea salt
2 tbsp organic coconut or date sugar
5 to 7 tbsp water

APPLE PIE FILLING
6 large apples (8-10 small/medium),
cut into chunks
1/2 cup dates, soaked
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tsp lemon zest
1 cup water
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp corn starch
(mixed into 1/4 cup water)

PIE CRUMBLE
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
(or nut of choice)
1/2 cup dates, soaked
Juice of 1/2 a lemon

350 F for 10 min (then more)
