What you’ll need:

Morning Drink – Apple Pomegranate Ginger Cooler
Apple: 1 (chopped, skin on for fiber)

Pomegranate arils: ½ cup

Fresh ginger: ½ inch

Lime juice: ½ tbsp

Sendha namak: a pinch

Chilled water: ½ cup

Sabja seeds: 1 tsp (soaked)

Sweet Potato & Walnut Tikki
Boiled sweet potato: 2 medium (mashed)

Boiled potato: 2 medium

Rajgira ka atta: 2 tbsp

Crushed walnuts: ¼ tbsp

Green chilli: 1 (finely chopped)

Cumin powder: 1 tsp

Fresh coriander: 1 tbsp (chopped)

Sendha namak: to taste

Ghee: 2 tbsp (for shallow frying)

Raw Papaya & Peanut Salad (Thai-Inspired)
Raw papaya: 1 cup (julienned)

Roasted peanuts: 2 tbsp (crushed)

Lime juice: 1 tbsp

Green chilli: 1 (finely chopped)

Fresh coriander: 2 tbsp (chopped)

Honey: 1 tsp (optional)

Sendha namak: a pinch
