🥕 Ingredients

1 ½ carrots (peeled & chopped)

4–5 dates (soaked)

3–4 cashews (soaked)

2 small cardamoms (or 1 large)

1 ½ cups milk (chilled or warm, as preferred)

Honey / sugar / protein powder (optional, for sweetness or health boost)

🥤 Method

1. Peel and chop the carrots into chunks.

2. Pressure cook with a little water for 2–3 whistles until soft.

3. Let it cool completely.

4. In a blender, add cooked carrot, soaked dates, soaked cashews, and cardamom.

5. Pour in milk and blend until smooth and creamy.

6. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or sugar if needed.

7. Serve chilled for a refreshing drink.
