Recipe :-

dry roast vermicelli/ semaiya

In a pan , add some oil , cumin seeds, mustard, curry leaves , green chilli, capcicum, carrot , cabbage. Saute all the vegetable for a while , add turmeric powder, salt and cook it for a while.
once the vegetables r half cooked , add dry roasted Vermicelli, hot water n let it cook till vermicelli and vegetables are well cooked. Add Black pepper powder in the end.
