🔹Ingredients🔹
✔Warm water – 100 ml.
✔Warm milk – 80 ml.
✔ Sugar – 1 tsp
✔ Instant dry yeast – 4 g
✔ Salt – 1/2 tsp
✔ Odorless vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
✔ Bran (I used wheat) – 80 g
✔ Wheat flour – 150 g (+/- 20 g)

🕒 Bake at 160°C/320°F for an average of 25 minutes. The exact baking time depends on the characteristics of your air fryer.

🟥I use a Xiaomi Air Fryer Essential 6L EU, 1500W. The exact cooking time depends on the model and its characteristics.

❗Notes ❗
✅Flour varies. The amount required may vary depending on the quality of the flour. Add flour to the dough gradually, little by little, until the dough becomes soft and elastic.
✅This time, I didn’t flip the bread during baking. Removing the rack in the air fryer helps the bottom of the bread brown better. If you’re unsure whether the bottom is cooked through, flip the bread during baking.
✅For a more crispy crust, you can increase the temperature towards the end of baking.
