📝 Recipe:

Ingredients:
* ½ cup sooji
* ¼ cup dahi/curd
* 2 tbsp paneer (crumbled)
* 2 tbsp onion (chopped)
* 2 tbsp tomato (chopped)
* 2 tbsp carrot (grated)
* Coriander leaves
* Salt to taste
* Water as needed
* Ghee for cooking
Steps:
1. Mix sooji, dahi, paneer, onion, tomato, carrot & coriander. Rest 15 mins.
2. Add salt + water, make a smooth batter.
3. Heat ghee, spread batter on tawa, cook from both sides.
4. Delicious Sooji Paneer Cheela is ready! 😋
