Ingredients:
* Ragi flour – 1.5 cups
* Psyllium husk – 3 tbsp
* Instant dry yeast – 1.5 tsp
* Salt – ½ tsp
* Sugar – 2 tsp
* Oil – 2 tbsp
* Warm water – 2 cups

Method:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients (except water) in a large bowl.
2. Add warm water in parts and whisk to form a batter.
3. Use a spatula to keep mixing until it turns into a thick sticky dough.
4. Cover with a damp cloth and rest for 2 hours in a warm place.
5. After 2 hours, gently pull out the dough and shape it. Place it in a greased bread tin.
6. Cover again with a damp cloth and proof the dough for another 45 minutes.
7. Brush the top with milk and sprinkle some sesame and pumpkin seeds (optional).
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
9. Once baked, brush butter on top and let the bread cool down completely before slicing.
