No bread, protein packed sandwich!
Today I made a bread-free sandwich that’s full of protein and ready in just 10 mins.
And yes, this golden, crispy finish is because of my Junto sandwich maker – no sticking, no mess, just that perfect café-style crunch right at home.

Ingredients:
• Moong dal – 1 cup (soaked for 4 hours)
• Besan – 2 tbsp
• Ginger – 1 inch piece
• Green chilli – 1
• Curd – ¼ cup
• Salt – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
• Fruit salt – ½ tsp
• Oil/Butter – for greasing
Method:
1. Grind soaked moong dal, besan, ginger, green chilli, curd, and salt into a smooth batter.
2. Add fruit salt and mix gently.
3. Grease your sandwich maker with a little oil/butter, pour the batter, and cook for 8–10 minutes until golden.
4. Once done, cut the no-bread “sandwich base” in half.
5. Layer it with green chutney, sliced veggies, cheese, and a dash of ketchup.
6. Close it up, and enjoy your healthy, bread-free Bombay sandwich!
