🌿 Lauki Halwa (Vrat-Friendly & Weight Loss Version)

Ingredients:

* 2 cups grated lauki (bottle gourd, peeled & deseeded)
* 1 tsp ghee (just enough for aroma, optional)
* 1 cup low-fat milk (or almond milk for lighter version)
* 1–2 tsp jaggery powder / stevia / dates puree (as per taste & vrat rules)
* 2–3 crushed cardamom pods (elaichi)
* 4–5 chopped almonds or cashews (optional, roasted)
* Few strands of saffron (optional)

Method:

1. Peel and grate lauki. Squeeze out extra water.
2. Heat a non-stick pan, add *1 tsp ghee*. Lightly sauté grated lauki for 2–3 mins to remove raw smell.
3. Add *milk* and cook on medium flame until lauki becomes soft and milk reduces.
4. Stir continuously so it doesn’t stick.
5. Add *sweetener of choice* (jaggery, dates puree, or stevia for weight loss). Mix well.
6. Add cardamom, saffron, and dry fruits. Cook for 2 more minutes.
7. Serve warm. 🌸

Trail Mix Recipe:

Ingredients
1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
1/2 cup Flaxseeds
1/2 cup Figs
1/2 cup Almonds
1/2 cup Walnuts
Salt ( according to the diet plan)
1-2 tsp Black Pepper

How to make it??

👉🏻Firstly, take all the nuts and seeds and mix them well .
👉🏻Take a pan and let it heat for some time .
👉🏻Now add the nut-seed mixture and then roast them well.
👉🏻Then, add salt and black pepper accordingly.
👉🏻You can also bake them.
