How to make
suji. 1.5 cup
besan. 1/4 cup
onion 1 small finely chopped
capsicum 1/2 finely chopped
carrot 1/2 grated
beetroot. 1/2 grated
cumin. 1/2 teaspoon
sesame seeds. 1 teaspoon
chilli flakes. 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
ginger & green chilli paste 1 teaspoon
Take a bowl , add suji , besan and all the vegetables you like. Then add spices to your taste, add salt and water as required. Rest the better at least 10 minutes. Take a tawa , sprinkle some drops of oil and spread the better properly and cook it low to medium flame. After a minute turn the pudla . Then Cook it from the other side . your healthy breakfast is ready.Enjoy with tea or green chutney or ketchup.
