Half an hour before breakfast:
~ Have 1 glass lukewarm water with 1 Tsp chia seeds (soaked overnight) and 1 tsp flaxseeds powder
~ Walk for at least 30 mins empty stomach
Breakfast 9:00am:
~ 4 tbsps oats / daliya cooked in 100 ml water
and 100 ml low fat milk with 1 tbsp chia seeds
soaked overnight .
~ you can also add 1 date for taste 3 almonds crushed for taste
Snack 12:30pm:
~ 1 red apple
~ 1 green apple
~ 1 orange
Or any seasonal fruits you can have
Detox water 1:15pm
Detox water (take detox water instead of regular
water)
~ Take 1-liter water add fennel seed(saunf) 1 tsp + 1 tsp coriander seeds + 1 tsp flex seeds + 1 inch ginger (I used GINGER POWDER) 1 inch stick cinnamon and ½ cucumber sliced . Soak for at least 4 hours or overnight and drink
Lunch 2:30pm
~ 1 bowl raw vegetable salad (1/2
chopped onion,
~ 3tbsp boiled chickpeas,
~ 2 tbsp boiled kidney beans,
~ 1 beetroot,
~ ½capsicum ,
~ 3 tbsps crushed cabbage plus you
can add black pepper or creamy caesar dressing for your taste)
Snack 5:00pm
~ 1 cup green tea
~ 2 tbsp phool makhana
Dinner 7:45pm
~ 1 chicken breast grilled (MASALA OF YOUR CHOICE) i added chicken tikka masalaa, yogurt and garlic paste … have it with Tomato, Capsicum and some onions
