🥣 Sooji Batter
• 1 cup sooji (semolina)
• ½ cup yogurt
• ½ cup water
• 1 green chili & ginger paste
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp oil
• Eno fruit salt (before steaming)

🌿 Green Chutney
• Fresh coriander leaves
• Fresh mint leaves
• Peanuts
• Green chili
• Ginger
• Jeera (cumin seeds)
• Salt
• Lemon juice
• Sugar
• Black pepper powder
• Ice water (for blending)

✨ Steam in layers: sooji batter → chutney layer → sooji batter → repeat!
That’s how you get the perfect dhokla sandwich 💚🥪
