Oats Makhana Dora Pancakes

👩‍🍳 Ingredients
• Oats – 2 tbsp
• Makhana – 2 tbsp
• Almonds – 4
• Mishri – 1 tbsp
• Whole Wheat Flour – 2 tbsp
• Milk – ½ cup
• Baking Powder – 1 tsp
• Ghee – 1 tsp
• Strawberry Jam – as needed

🔥 Steps
1️⃣ Roast oats & makhana on low flame.
2️⃣ Blend with mishri, wheat flour & almonds into fine powder.
3️⃣ Mix with milk & baking powder.
4️⃣ Cook small pancakes with ghee.
5️⃣ Cool for 5 mins, then sandwich with jam.
6️⃣ Serve with seasonal fruits 🍓🍌
