INGREDIENTS
• 160g Flour
• ¼ tsp Salt • ¼ tsp Baking soda • 4 Large Sausages • Vegetable Oil 125ml kefir
 
METHOD

Pour the kefir into a bowl, add salt, flour and baking soda and mix until you get a dough.
Shape the dough with your hands, cover and let stand 15 minutes.
Flatten with a roller and cut into 2cm strips.
Wrap a sausage with dough strips, covering it completely and fry in vegetable oil.
