200g paneer
250g white pumpkin
10ml Extra Virgin Olive oil
1/2 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
1/2 fenugreek seeds
3 red chilli
2 green chilli chopped
Ginger
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt
Coriander leaves
Lemon squeeze

Preparation of this recipe

1. Peel the white pumpkin skin, and chop it and transfer into a boiling water.
2. Add some salt and let it boil for 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, add 200 g of Paneer cubes into a mixer jar and some water mix it into a Paneer paste and keep it aside.
4. Now take a Kadai add Oil.
5. Add all the spices, And sauté for 2 to 3 minutes in medium flame.
6. Now strain the white pumpkin and transfer into the Kadai.
7. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, and mix it well for 3 to 4 minutes in medium high flame.
8. Now keep the flame low and add the Paneer paste along with some water
9. Mix it for two minutes and increase the flame gradually and mix it for three minutes.
10. Now check the salt and switch off the flame and add coriander leaf and lemon.
11. Enjoy it in moderation !!!
