INGREDIENTS
• 200g Chicken fillet • 1 Onion • 300g mushrooms • Salt • Pepper • 1 tbsp flour • 200 ml cream • Baguette bread • 100ml milk • Chopped parsley • Chopped dill • 50g mayonnaise • 100g cheese
 
METHOD

Cut onion into squares and fry until golden brown.
Add sliced mushrooms and mix.
Add flour, salt, pepper and cream.
Add cooked chicken and mix.
Cut a baguette into 5 cm pieces.
Soak in a bowl with milk and place on a baking sheet.
Use a glass to form a hole in each bread.
Stuff with the chicken and mushroom mixture.
Mix mayonnaise with parsley and dill and add to each bread.
Add grated cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 200ºC (392ºF).
