This Navratri, try Makhana Raita—low-cal, high-nutrition, and oh-so-refreshing! 🌸🥄
Recipe –
Take 1 bowl of Makhana & roast it
Take 1 tsp Olive Oil
Add 1 bowl chopped Paneer & roast it
Take 1 bowl Hung-curd
Add ½ tsp Rock Salt
Add ½ tsp Bhuna Jeera Powder
Add handful of Coriander leaves
Add handful of Mint Leaves
Add 1 cup Pomegranate
Add roasted Makhana & Paneer
Mix it well, Garnish with Pomegranate and Coriander leaves & Serve !
