• 3 tbsp fresh coriander (dhania), chopped
• 1 tbsp ginger paste
• ¼ cup kuttu ka atta (buckwheat flour)

• 1 tsp jeera powder
• 1 tsp dhania powder
• Salt to taste (sendha namak for vrat)
• Oil, for shallow frying
⸻
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, add grated paneer, stiff hung curd, green chillies, chopped coriander, and ginger paste.
2. Add kuttu ka atta, sugar, red chilli powder, jeera powder, dhania powder, and salt.
3. Mix everything well till you get a soft, pliable dough.
4. Grease your hands lightly with oil and shape the mixture into small round tikkis.
5. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis on medium flame until golden brown and crispy on the outside, yet soft and creamy inside.
6. Serve hot with green chutney or vrat-friendly dips.

✨ Tip: You can also air fry these kebabs at 180°C for about 12–15 minutes, flipping once in between, for a healthier version.
