🟢 Ingredients

1 medium-sized cucumber
½ inch ginger
2 tablespoons raisins
Few mint leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup water

🟢 Other Ingredients
1 teaspoon sabja seeds
¼ cup water

🟢 Method

1. Place all drink ingredients (except ½ cup water) into a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Add the remaining ½ cup water and blend again until no cucumber chunks remain.

3. In a small bowl, soak sabja seeds in ¼ cup water for 10 minutes.

4. Take a serving glass, add the soaked sabja seeds, pour in the drink, stir well and serve chilled.

Tip: Soaking sabja seeds properly gives the drink a cooling, refreshing texture that makes it even more soothing for your skin.
