Procedure:
How to make Thattai Recipe:
1. Dry rooast urad dhal in low flame and powder it.
2. Dry roast the rice flour in low flame.
3. Seive the rice flour and powdered urad dhal and add to a mixing bowl.
4. Now add hing, chilli powder, salt, soaked urad dhal, curry leaves and hot oil. Mmix it well.
5. Add required amount of water and knead it to a chapathi batter consistency.
6. Nnow pull out a small portion and flat it using a flat plate or flat lid.
7. Fry in hot oil in medium flame.
8. Remove when it is nice cooked and golden brown in both sides.
9. Now your delicious and crispy thattais are ready. Enjoy it with a cup of tea.
