This is my coffee protein shake I make every morning! It’s so good, super easy, and versatile! Let me know how you like it!
Ingredients:
2 cups of ice
2 tablespoons of sugar free cheesecake pudding
1 scoop of protein-optimum nutrition double rich chocolate-whey protein
12 ounces of cold brew coffee-I am using Barnie’s coffee-Creamy buttery caramel
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla oat milk
Blend and enjoy!
25 grams of protein
1 gram of sugar
*You can always use plant based protein if you prefer, any type of sugar free pudding, coffee, and milk to change up flavors*
*Add more ice and less milk to make it thicker, or less ice and more milk to make it more liquidy*
