Welcome back to my channel, so glad you are here because locking in has been all about consistently showing up and I am so excited to share with you my advice on how to make healthy meals that have clean ingredients that can help you towards your fat loss goals and stay on track! Locking in is not a season its about creating discipline and learning how to STAY consistent, so I hope it inspires you to start making more healthy meals at home while showing you how easy it can be to stick to achieving your goals! Recipes:
Cottage cheese toast
– sourdough
– 1 TBSP tomato paste
– 50g cottage cheese
– 1 tsp Italian herbs
bake in the oven for 10 mins at 180C / 300F
Smash burger tacos:
– corn tortillas
– 100g beef mince pressed evenly onto tortillas
– fry beef mince side down first then flip and top with cheese to let melt
top with:
– lettuce
– tomato
– pickles
– mustard
– spicy “mayo” (greek yogurt and siracha)
Brownie balls
4 dates soaked in boiling water
1/3 cup oat flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons PB2
splashes of hot date water to help combine
drizzle melted dark chocolate for the top
Mexican fried rice: 1 serve
– 150g beef mince
– 1/2 cup cooked rice
– 1 TBSP tomato paste
– 2 TBSP taco sauce or salsa
– seasoning of your choice
– 1/4 cup corn
– 1/4 cup black beans
– 1/4 cup red onion and tomato’s
1. Fry off the beef mince and add the cooked rice once the mince is brown
2. Add in tomato paste, salsa and seasonings
3. Add in remaining ingredients and stir till combined
4. Serve with homemade guacamole or/ and Greek yogurt to act as sour cream
Healthy raw cheesecakes:
Base: 4 soaked dates and 1/3 cup oat flour mixed together
Filling: low fat yogurt, PB2, sweetener (lemon one was yogurt, lemon and sweetener)
PB chia pudding
– 100g yogurt
– 50ml skim milk
– 1 TBSP PB2 powder
– 1 TBSP chia seeds
– 1 TBSP allulose sweetener or honey
